Eastern Health’s outpatient blood collection sites are operating by appointment only. There is no walk-in service available. Patients who have a blood collection appointment are asked to proceed as scheduled. If no appointments are displayed, please check back in 24 hours.

To cancel your appointment you must first log into your Swiftqueue online account to access the patient portal. From here you can cancel, book and reschedule your appointments.
Please Note: if you have booked your appointment through the call centre you may be unable to login and cancel your appointment. Please visit our help centre to cancel your appointment
