Eastern Health’s outpatient blood collection sites are operating by appointment only. There is no walk-in service available. Patients who have a blood collection appointment are asked to proceed as scheduled. If no appointments are displayed, please check back in 24 hours.

  • To cancel your appointment you must first log into your Swiftqueue online account to access the patient portal. From here you can cancel, book and reschedule your appointments.

  • Please Note: if you have booked your appointment through the call centre you may be unable to login and cancel your appointment. Please visit our help centre to cancel your appointment

  • Coming Soon: Appointments made through the call centre will soon be able to be cancelled online.
